Here are the Qualifications, See if You Pass the Test...

1. Must be able to install 100 roofs per month

2. Must have your own tested and approved crew, new subcontracted work is unacceptable

3. Must be able to provide insurability of 24 months with same insurance carrier.  Less than six months provide proof last years insurance with same carrier.

4  Must provide minimum 2 year installation leak warranty.  Quality work will stand the test PERIOD.

5. Must use quality shingles *GAF/ELK, Certanteed, OC.  

    Builder grade products are not permitted.

6. Metal roofs are only endorsed for commercial instillation.  Stone coated metal on high end residential property is acceptable.

7. Must have clean BBB complaint record.  Better Business Bureau membership is not necessary but a clean complaint report is required.**

8. Must be able to provide sample work sites upon request along with favorable testimonials from past clients.

9. Must not endorse, participate or tolerate roof enhancement.  Insurance fraud is punishable by law and will not be tolerated in any measure.
